Common questions
Is PIVOT gambling?
No. There are no stakes, no entry fees, no wagers, no odds-based payouts and no prizes. Nothing in the app has monetary value and there is nothing to buy. You play for your record.
How old do I have to be?
18 or older.
How are picks settled?
Automatically, from official box scores, once a game finishes. You do not need to do anything.
Can I change a pick?
Yes, until the game tips off. After that picks lock and the result stands.
Why can I not see anyone's pending picks?
Picks stay private until a game starts, so nobody can copy a call before tip-off. Settled picks are public on your profile.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. It removes your profile, picks, statistics, league memberships and invite codes immediately and permanently. It cannot be undone.
How do I get a copy of my data?
In the app: Settings → Account → Export data, or email us at the address above.
I forgot my password.
Use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and we will email you a reset link.
